If you’ve recently lost coverage due to changing jobs or moving to a new service area, you could qualify for a special enrollment period (SEP). The SEP only lasts for 60 days, so act now! To receive information about health insurance and this special enrollment period, select “Health Insurance” on the drop down menu. In the form, we ask for your name and number so we can contact you.
